(2) Bike Riding Get ready to pedal your way through with exciting bike adventures. Whether you're seeking scenic cycling routes or gearing up for a bike ride escapade, there's no shortage of outdoor adventure. Surf & Sun also have bikes for hire available at our Middleton shop.

We also have a wide range of surf gear for hire so you can roll up and enjoy the beaches of Victor Harbor, Port Elliot, Middleton, Goolwa and Moana by hiring surf equipment from our surf shop.

(3) Abseiling Thrills for the Family For those seeking an adrenaline rush and a unique family bonding experience, abseiling offers the perfect blend of adventure and excitement. Get ready to descend down exhilarating cliffs and rocky outcrops while creating lasting memories with your loved ones.

This 2 hour adventure has you abseiling off of the Bluff in Victor Harbor, some elevation of 97 metres.  Enjoy the views of Petrel Cove, West Island and in winter watch the whales swim by.

Off the Bluff is adrenalin packed, fun and very safe.  Conquer your fears! Suitable for children aged 10 years and above.

(4) Bush Walking The local area on the Fleurieu Peninsula is amazing for bushwalking and hiking. Deep Creek National Park is awesome, with short walks, day hikes, and overnight and multi day walks also available on the Wild South Coast Way, on the Heysen Trail. Why not have a surf lesson in the morning and head to Deep Creek for a bush walk in the afternoon!
